Standard Terms and Conditions of RCI-international and its member associations
Standard Terms and Conditions
With the course catalog and the possibility of registering via a database, RCI-international only offers a platform for advertising courses and is not the provider of the training courses. When you book a place on a training course, you enter into a business relationship with the respective providers (lecturers, member associations or provider associations of various legal forms).
In any case, a business relationship with the providers requires acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The rejection of the terms and conditions – even partially – excludes a business interaction in its entirety.
1. participation requirements
The seminars are generally open to everyone. Exceptions are noted in the respective announcements. TCI seminars are not therapeutic seminars. Average mental resilience is therefore required. By registering, you declare that you are taking part in the course on your own responsibility.
2. registration
You can register online at www.ruth-cohn-institute.org (offers until the end of 2020). Your registration will be automatically confirmed (time of contract conclusion) and forwarded to the course administration responsible for your course.
3. seminar fees
Members of all RCI member associations pay reduced seminar fees. In seminars, one or two scholarships are usually available to members of RCI member associations. If you would like to take advantage of a scholarship, please let the responsible course leader know. They will also provide you with more detailed information on the conditions.
4. payment
The seminar fees are to be transferred to the account specified by the course administration in the invoice; partial payments are possible by written agreement with the course administration. We ask for prompt payment of the invoice, otherwise reminder fees will be charged.
5. accommodation
The seminar fees do not include accommodation and meals, unless otherwise stated. A place for accommodation is booked at the same time as registration. If you wish to make your own accommodation arrangements, please let your course administration know. Otherwise you may incur cancellation costs.
6. deregistration
Cancellations can only be accepted by e-mail or letter. Cancellations must be addressed to the respective course administration. The date of receipt of the declaration by the course administration is decisive.
In the event of cancellation, the following fees are due:
If you cancel 14 days after receipt of the registration confirmation, a cancellation fee of EUR 25 will be charged.
If you cancel later than eight weeks before the start of the course, 25% of the seminar fee will be due as well as any cancellation fee for the conference center booked by the course management.
If you cancel less than six weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the seminar costs and from four weeks before the start of the course 100% of the seminar costs as well as any cancellation fees of the conference center will be due.
The contractual partner can prove a lower damage at any time.
If the seminar is canceled by the provider or if a replacement from the waiting list is found for you, you will be refunded the amount paid. Any further liability is excluded. The seminars usually take place with at least eight participants.
7. certificates
After the seminar, you will receive a certificate of attendance and a certificate of Further Training if you have not received a corresponding invoice.
8. membership
You can become a member of one of the associations (Regional Groups and Professional Groups) of RCI-international. Membership of a Professional Group is subject to special conditions. Information can be obtained from the relevant Main Office or contact person.
9. reservation
The seminar offers and information in our course catalog and on our homepage have been carefully compiled and checked by us. We accept no liability for errors or misprints. Claims for damages due to incorrect information cannot be asserted.
