Support association
For Young Adults
The association supports young people between the ages of 18 and 27 in getting to know Theme-Centered-Interaction (TCI) and training in it at low cost.
TCI strengthens independent thinking, promotes social competence and qualifies people to lead groups – in education, social professions, business and voluntary work.
Foundation
for the promotion of young adults
The Ruth Cohn Foundation supports young adults who are interested in Theme-Centered-Interaction (TCI) and would like to be trained or further educated in it.
TCI stands for a value-oriented, democratic approach in which personal learning, relationships and cooperation are equally important.
Peer group
Participation in a peer group is part of Advanced Training in TCI.
The members of a peer group are at approximately the same stage of training, organize the peer group work themselves and give it a suitable organizational structure (duration and length of meetings, preparation and leadership, etc.).
The purpose of peer groups is to further develop individual initiative and self-organization (chairperson). This is why it was designed as a “sibling group” without a fixed leader. Participation in a peer group enables people to reflect on their own biography and promotes leadership skills.
Founding a new peer group
We are still looking for people to join us in setting up a new peer group. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to Marina Scheidler. We can then discuss together whether a focused region has emerged and when the peer group is ready to start.
E-mail contact: marina.scheidler@posteo.de
Formal requirements and information
to the peer groups are here can be found here.
