Die Fachgruppe Supervision e.V. veranstaltet in diesem Jahr ihre Fachtagung zum Thema „Traumasensible Supervision“wie immer im schönen Zinsendorfhaus in Neudietendorf bei Erfurt. Wir treffen uns vom 20. 11. -22.11.2026. Zunächst beginnen wir am Freitagabend mit der Mitgliederversammlung. Am Samstag ab 9 Uhr bis Sonntag, 12 Uhr arbeiten wir dann am Thema Traumasensible Supervision mit Hans-Joachim Görges. Er ist systemischer Therapeut (SG), Hypnotherapeut (M.E.G.), Traumatherapeut und systemischer Supervisor (SG) am supervisionszentrum Berlin. (www.institut-berlin.de).

Traumasensible Supervision eröffnet neue Perspektiven für Beratung und Begleitung: Sie stärkt die Wahrnehmung für das Hier und Jetzt, bezieht körperliche Reaktionen mit ein und macht verständlich, wie Belastung verarbeitet wird. Der Ansatz hilft, Krisen besser zu verstehen und Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu erweitern – für Einzelne, Gruppen und Teams. Er verbindet gut Theorie der Neurophysiologie mit direkt anwendbaren Ideen und Tools.

Auf der Fachtagung geht es um Grundlagen, Haltung, Tools und praktische Impulse traumasensibler Supervision. Vortrag, Diskussion und Übungen sorgen für einen lebendigen und anwendungsnahen Austausch.

Die Tagungssprache ist deutsch.

33rd Conference of the Fachgruppe Supervision e.V. on the topic of “Trauma-Sensitive Supervision” from November 20–22, 2026, in Neudietendorf near Erfurt

As always, the Fachgruppe Supervision e.V. is hosting this year’s conference at the beautiful Zinsendorfhaus in Neudietendorf near Erfurt. We will meet from November 20–22, 2026. We will begin on Friday evening with the general meeting. Then, from 9 a.m. on Saturday until 12 p.m. on Sunday, we will work on the topic of trauma-sensitive supervision with Hans-Joachim Görges. He is a systemic therapist (SG), hypnotherapist (M.E.G.), trauma therapist, and systemic supervisor (SG) at the Supervisionszentrum Berlin. (www.institut-berlin.de).

Trauma-sensitive supervision opens up new perspectives for counseling and support: It strengthens awareness of the here and now, incorporates physical reactions, and helps us understand how stress is processed.

The approach helps us better understand crises and expand our options for action—for individuals, groups, and teams. It effectively combines neurophysiological theory with directly applicable ideas and tools.

The symposium will focus on the fundamentals, approach, tools, and practical insights of trauma-sensitive supervision. Presentations, discussions, and exercises will ensure a lively and practical exchange.

The conference language is German.
